The doctors at GS Dental are committed to giving you the highest quality treatments as fast as possible. We utilize the newest ITERO technology which takes a highly accurate digital scan of your teeth that is used by our local laboratory to fabricate your bridge or Invisalign orthodontic aligners. We no longer use that yucky gooey material and are able to tell immediately if your impression for your bridge or cosmetic restoration is accurate. This eliminates return visits due to faulty impressions which ultimately speeds up the time it takes to make your new smile. Gooey materials have limitations such as stretching, tearing, expanding, or contracting that would cause your final restorations to fit poorly and have to be redone. The highly accurate laser scan that the ITERO produces is not susceptible to these time wasting issues. GS Dental is one of the few offices in New Mexico to offer you ITERO scanning, a process which we have been utilizing for over three years.

Our office also features the ability to obtain digital impressions and 3D scans with the Cerec Omnicam Intraoral Camera.

Featuring an ergonomic hand piece and special optics, the CEREC Omnicam intraoral camera has ColorStreaming to allow for continuous capture of the oral cavity as well as displaying 3D data in full color. The system is completely powder-free. The slim, rounded camera tube provides for easy rotation of the camera in the intraoral space. The tiny camera tip makes it easy to best position the lens anywhere in the mouth. The camera captures images in 2D and 3D and can rapidly capture half-arch and full-arch impressions.
